The aim of this F.A.Q is to make it easier to find information on Waygook.org.
In most instances answers are provided as links to posts; these express the view(s) of the author(s) and should be read for information purposes only. The validity of posts cannot be confirmed; nor can the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented be warranted. If you believe that a posted message is objectionable then you are encouraged to report it to a moderator.
SubscriptionsQ: Where are the subscriptions and what if I don't have a paypal account?
A:
Subscriptions are located here, however, please note that
you do not need a paypal account to purchase a subscription. In the same manner you go to the subscription page, you select the subscription you want, and make sure you do not have the "make this a recurring payment" option selected. It's a check mark above the button that says "order with paypal". It will direct you to paypal, but at the bottom you can simply choose to pay with debit or credit without having a paypal account. This method is secure, and so we prefer it to others at the moment.
ComplaintsQ: Who can I contact about a complaint or an issue I am having on Waygook?
A: There is a list of moderators on this page >>
Forum Staff. If you have a subscription issue specifically, it is best to get in touch with the Admin or Site Programmer. Moderators can also help you with site issues. You do not need a minimum post count, but you will be limited to 2 messages per day on the private messaging system if you do not have any posts made on the forum. This is to avoid spamming messages.
