They don’t know about her ice skating background? Haven’t they been reading Land of the Mourning Clam?

Kim Yuna got a silver medal in 2014. Koreans were pissed, thinking she deserved the gold.
When I worked in Harlem with disadvanted youth…
As a Canadian, was it hard to get a work visa? Maybe a job most Americans don’t want to do so more apt to import foreigners for that? How was it? I worked with disadvantaged youth, too. Tiring. Hard to make progress. But everyone’s experience is different. Different jobs suit different personalities / skill sets.
I woke up late today so only had around 45 minutes to workout this morning, which was fine because there shouldn't be that many people at the gym, so I should be able to circuit train between all of the machines. I get to the gym and sure enough, there are only three other people in the gym. Fantastic. So I get started on my workout. And then 2 of the 3 other people start circuit training, too. And they want to use all of the same machines that I want to, and every time one takes a machine that I was just about to use, the other one takes up the other one that I was going to use as an alternative. This keeps happening for the entire workout, even when I shift from doing upper to lower. It felt so coordinated, lol. I ended up working on cardio instead because my time was too limited to deal with the BS. I'm gonna have to go back in the evening.Serves me right for getting up so late, I guess.

Only psychopaths and 70yr olds workout before 11AM.Seriously, I just cant, my body feels way too sluggish. The worst is when you get the group of 6 guys taking turns on the damn squat rack.

On weekends, I'll have a heavy breakfast and go at around 2pm (I skip lunch), then I'll have a huge supper. In the week, it's between 5-6pm for the gym or track or earlier if I can sneak out.On a related note, I completely fried my CNS last week and got sick. 2 months of sprinting and lifting for PBs wasn't a smart idea. I've been on my ass the whole of last week and will be this week too, CNS recovery (after getting fried) takes 6 times longer than muscle recovery.

For my rant: my new pc arrived just before chuseok, but the psu or mobo was damaged and it wouldn't turn on, the seller sends out a new one of the same specs, and gets the broken one picked up, but the new one has been stuck in a warehouse waiting to be delivered to my local depot for 2 weeks (almost) :
