Prescription Medicine Stopped at Customs

Hello,

I had my mom mail three months supply of my depression medication to me via UPS, but it looks like it got stopped at customs. I got an email from UPSKorea about it, but it's all in Korean. Can some kind soul translate it for me? I just arrived a week and a half ago, so I'm not sure if telling my school director or a fellow teacher will just make them send me back home and I don't know anyone else to ask. Hopefully it can all be resolved without them getting involved.

Sorry, I cant be much use with the translation but I have dealt with Korean customs before and they emailed me in English. Maybe you could reply to the email and request for them to tell you the info in English?

EDIT: I looked over the email again and I think they want you to provide some identification, perhaps your ARC or passport number. But I'm not 100% sure. I just checked my previous emails with customs and they wanted the following information from me:

Name
Passport number
Nationality
Home address
Telephone
They also wanted to know what the parcel is, what it is for and whether it's for perosnal use or commercial (resale)

So maybe this is what they are looking for. I would try to get the info in English first and foremost

I concur with Imogen.  Either way, can't you call UPS?  I'm sure they can tell you.  Being a global company, they ought to have English speaking reps.  I do know I have been called by them a long time ago by an English speaking rep.  Either way, give 'em a call.

A call will probably help you, but skimming (there are some words I don't know) -

The top part is telling you how soon it will arrive (seems to be about 7 days once it passes inspection). After that, they say they want you to contact them to check your info (probably the things that Imogen said). Bottom stuff seems to be the boilerplate that's usually in emails like that.

Basically, call them, they need that info anyway to send it on to you.
