Benefits of Meditation (and Sleep)

This is a short off-lesson presentation I put together to encourage my students to continue practicing the methods of meditation they learned during their now-completed meditation mini-course. It goes over some of the benefits of meditation and then pivots toward another brain-booster that often gets short shrift by teens, parents, and schools: sleep.
