« on: March 08, 2016, 06:18:01 pm »
Anyone know the legality of importing nootropics/racetams into Korea? Harmless enough stuff, but I'm having trouble finding this info

If you try to import Modafinil there's a good chance customs will seize it.

I bought modifinal (40pills) from india. got here in about 10 days. nothing on the packaging reveals what it is. i think it depends on what the package looks like.

Just order online. Any website that ships to korea will arrive safely, they never show what it is on the package.

With regards to legality I don't think they're regulated in most countries, governments don't even know what they are.

I have a pretty massive stash of various nootropics and they all got here fine. Maybe be careful with something like Modafinil and other things that blur the lines between nootropic and prescription drug.

As long as your nootropics aren't adderal or dex, you should be fine.  They do open packages all the time when it has a foreigners name and address on the package.  Unless it's from Amazon, never had one of those opened.

Okay, cool

I'm considering ordering them in powder form to save some cash... but if they open the box, i have a feeling they'll just assume it's drugs. Should i opt for capsules to be safe?

Last I checked, modafinil, etc are categorized as prescription medications.  Foreigners can bring (or ship in) a 30-day supply.  That's what I could find out in 2017, and I don't know if the rules have changed since then.

What about phenibut? I just ordered some but now I'm worried about them being seized.

I've had plenty of it sent, including the powder F-Phenibut stuff you have to state is for non-human experimentation only to order. Only once was I asked what it is for, by customs, and I said it's a nutritional supplement.
