I wouldn't trust advice given by that website. Oh, boy.

However this website always does a good job of evaluating the existing evidence: Black Mold: Peril or Prosaic?

didn't you know? to fix any mould problem, just apply new wallpaper over the top of the affected area

this is what my landlord does, and he says it solves all the problems

Biotoxin illness?

Eh...

Mold is definitely a problem and it's important to air your home everyday here. However, that site seems to be of the more "new-age"/"If this actually worked it would be called medicine" variety so I wouldn't use it as a resource.

Just read up on how to properly clean mold (usually a light bleach mixture, with daily airing to prevent future mold). It's annoying for sure.

You can turn on your air conditioner and it will dehumidify the air, which stops the mould.  Also, put the pink hippo pots in cupboards and drawers where there is no airflow, which dehumidifies the air locally to avoid mould there too.

Actually I only skimmed the site.  The more I go into it, the more I wonder why it goes into food and other things.  Odd.  I didn't go all the way through the site.  Thought it only had some symptoms of mold.

So, maybe this site is better.
