Aside from The Korean School of Motoring; two things get on my t*ts here!

My fifth and sixth grade students who write their r's that look like v's or t's. I shouldn't have to be giving you writing practice sheets, but I will continue to give you them.

Honey-butter everything! It's disgusting!

My only complaint is, I got off my regular birth control when I came here, so now I'm on some random one that doesn't do much for your skin. I am breaking out baaad for the first time ever and it's driving me crazy. I'm not sure if it's because I'm in a new place, or just because of getting off my BC ): hoping I can get some to last me a while when I visit home next month

And the acne regimen I was on before taking BC doesn't seem to be helping either.

Why do coffee shops open at 10 AM?
And why is it I can never find a cafe in Korea? They are almost non-existent here.....

I'm going to rant about some obnoxious group of posters who really want to rant and complain, despite warnings from moderators and distaste from many other members. We don't want you to do it here. You can do it elsewhere. We don't want you to complain that moderators are not doing their job. We definitely don't want you to take over this site and suggest you have the capacity to even pretend you can choose your own moderators. We hope you find a new site to spew your nonsense on and go away.

Don't complain just to complain (rant). Don't start anymore threads about it, don't pretend to start thread on something else while starting threads on it, and please stop long chains of quoting quotes and ranting on threads that aren't intended to be rant threads.

Every Sunday, in the downtown of where I live, rich kids like to cruise through with their, fancy expensive cars. Now I don't care too much, they are nice cars and you don't see them often around these parts. However, why would you have a Ferrari, Porsche, Hummer or Lamborghini  (these are the ones I've seen)  in a country with such terrible driving! Why would you pay that much for a fast car that has no chance of going very fast, just go have it it get minorly or majorly damaged. The kids (usually) driving them look like grade A douchebags. The guy who tried to drive his full size Hummer through the downtown had a hard time keeping it in between the posts on either side of him. Good thing it was a one way street.

I don't usually post in these threads, mainly because I never feel the need to rant. Yes, I get annoyed by things here, but I get over it.

However, I spent 2.5 hours trying to order a swimsuit off of the Korean Forever 21 site. I have never in my life experienced such a hassle and inconvenience while trying to order something online. It wasn't because everything was in Korean, or because I didn't know how to input my address, it was trying to pay with my Korean credit card that made it such a nightmare. Having to switch to IE, then having to download FOUR different security programs, having to start over because I put in the wrong verification identification code, then finally pressing submit to have absolutely nothing happen! No confirmation, no deduction of 38,000 won from my account, and no swimsuit, but I did manage to enroll in some sort of card membership program, that is 5,000 won a month. WTF? Signing up for online banking was easier than this.

I was so frustrated that I had wasted that time. It was 9:30 by the time I gave up. I still needed to cook dinner, work on a lesson plan, get a workout in.

Back home, all you would need to order online is your card number and address.

Incidentally, I'm going to Busan this weekend to meet up with friends, so I will just physically go to F21 and buy a swimsuit in person.

Sigh, what can you do, eh?

Contrarians, on Waygook.org.

Whenever someone starts complaining about something seemingly indefensible (Lyrics from mainstream 'hip-hop' music, Fan Death, Koreanized pizza etc.) you get a bunch of people agreeing or sharing similar stories. Then, you get some guy getting off his high horse to complain how 'narrow-minded' the complainer is and go on some moral crusade to correct our peasantry behaviour. In truth, this person is just trying to give the impression that they're smarter, more unique, more open-minded and more civilised than you.

There are exceptions to almost every rule, but ain't nobody got the time to keep mentioning it, or list every single exception just to keep these insufferable PC and contrarian blowhards happy.

Go create a unicorn thread then and I'll stay the hell out of it.

Don't think you get the point. I can't just go start a "Lets hate on black people" thread. There are pointless threads that have nothing to do with the forum, and this is one of them. I wouldn't go start a thread about kimchi in a photography forum.

People complain about complainers who are complaining about stupid shit.  Guess what? Get rid of the pointless complainers, and those "defenders" will disappear as well.

also, If Aristocrat feels that way, aren't you a big ol hypocrite, thinking you are better than those "contrarians" by complaining how they shouldn't be complaining about complainers?

Open your mind.

Dog meat...

And constantly being "tricked" by my coworkers who think it's great sport and then when I take the base assumption that everything odd they tell me is a joke/lie it becomes an issue when I assume wrongly.

*Hold up m*******ers let's get this straight...*

"Oh so she really is dead? I thought you were joking..."

*awkward silence*

So like, you (troll), RichardTang (troll), Timo (troll), etc (troll)?

That's the "we" right?

Given that people are members of this site and subject to certain TOS, one might expect moderators also have their own conditions to follow.  If the community feels that may not be the case, why is it not okay to voice that opinion? Unless, you are all about censorship and limiting freedom of speech. Which you apparently are, unless of course it is sparkling.

The go away part is the best.  How child-like. Or redneck. Or whatever other groups spew nonsense like that. "If you don't like it, you can get out."  Come on. If that is the peak of your argument.. How is anyone supposed to take that seriously?
