It's incredibly satisfying when a problematic KT finally realizes, through very unprofessional passive aggressive behavior that was NOT the punishment she thought it was, that she's not as useful or as necessary for your classes as she had apparently believed.

I have absolutely no problem with classroom management help, but that does not include talking over me, explaining everything that I've just said without giving the students a chance to comprehend on their own first, or micromanaging both the students or me. I'm glad she finally got to see firsthand how much smoother the classes are without her interference.

If anyone is looking at getting out of the teaching game, a great job was posted in the job boards.

We are a startup company specializing in artificial intelligence chatbots.

We are looking for two people who are very knowledgeable about Tesla products. These two people will have roleplay conversations, one as a customer and the other as the customer service representative, taking turns. They will have 20 conversations, about 20-30 minutes each, that will talk about a variety of Tesla products. They will record those conversations, and then upload the audio files into our cloud server. The conversations should go into great depth about the technical specifications of the products, so we need people who are very knowledgeable.

The pay will be $10 per person per conversation, for a total of $200 per person. The pay will be sent via PayPal. The first payment of $10 will be sent upon successful completion of the the first conversation. The remaining $190 will be paid out upon completion of all 20 conversations. This will be paid via PayPal.

All you need to do is write around 10 hours worth of material about Tesla. And then record the conversations. That $200 is easy money.

Talking about Tesla for................ ... ten hours? The level of expertise would have to be really high, That 200$ is nothing.

Definitely not worth it.

Did they leave out a 0?  That's a lot of work for 200 dollars.  The smart money is on someone going to chat GPT and asking for a ten hour conversation based on their criteria, and then recording it.  But even then, with the time put in that wouldn't be worth it.
