Every bank has a different setup and they're moving targets.

Hello there, Which bank are you with? and exactly what problem are you facing? I think the common hurdle people tend to trip over is the issues with the digital certificate and the constant installation of a plethora of security software.
Knowing what it feels like to be in pain, is exactly why we should try to be kind to others.

15882100 ext 730

English Service for Nonghyup. They can help walk you through the process.

Basically you will need to go to a bank. Pay a fee and get a digital certificate. You will go home and register the certificate on either your CPU or a USB. (You can do both if you like) The next step is downloading a very large quantity of pointless security programs. Unfortunately you will have to have them in order to use the banking website. From there you will be able to log into your account with your digital certificate.

I think NH bank is a pretty crappy bank but the problems I have had the English helpline has been able to deal with. Not always the easiest but in the end I got the result I needed.
