If you apply through recruiters without a copy of apostilled degree and criminal record, and ask them if it's ok as long as you get it within 90 days, is your chance of getting the job low?

1) I think the background check is required by immigration for getting your visa.
2) Why would the school or program accept you for the job without your diploma when there are tons of other people that actually have their paperwork in order now?

It's possible, but unlikely.

Hagwons will probably be on the "impossible" end of the scale.

EPIK, GEPIK, SMOE, CEPIK, TaLK and other public programs may offer you a place, but will operate on a first come first serve basis - i.e. you will get a conditional offer, which will become unconditional when you send in your documents.

The market's saturated with foreigners who have their paperwork and want a job...so it's not likely that you'll get any bites until you've got everything in order.
