Just for Fun - Jung Typology Test
« on: April 11, 2014, 01:29:31 pm »
As everyone seems to be getting down each others throats on here these days.

How about we all take this test, learn and understand each other. http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp

After, we can have tea and crumpets and sing kumbaya.

* Apparently I'm ENFP (Extrovert(44%)  iNtuitive(38%)  Feeling(50%)  Perceiving(67%)). I have no idea what that means. I didn't do psychology. Are these test even reliable?... probably not *

BUT I'm looking forward to those crumpets anyway.

Completely unrelated. But one of my new students in first grade (middle school) has a Korean name that translates to "Space." So that's what I call her. And then I think about a wagon wheel spinning around and around and around.

Crumpets, I had to look that up.  I know what scones are, though.

I am INFJ. And I am spot on with the description. I think there is a lot of truth to these...

I fit every descriptor....

INTP
Introvert(11%)  iNtuitive(38%)  Thinking(1%)  Perceiving(22%)

Used to be an INFP in high school. Guess this says my personality shifted. The analysis seems mostly on.

Glad to be of service  ;D

You'd love 'em. I'm sure of it. Warm buttery goodness... my mouth is watering.

Is there truth is these? I actually don't know what mine says about me but I guess I could label myself as extrovert, intuitive, feeling, and perceiving...  But I also know I can be introverted as well.

Jung (I'm assuming Carl Jung) was quite the psychologist. Somehow I know him from my day as an anthropologist. I can't remember quite why though. He must have a good idea of what he's talking about.

Yeah I'm pretty sure there's a range for each of these characteristics... humanity is pretty complicated.

Space, obviously, I don't know you but if you look at the descriptor for INFJ, one of the huge things is how socially misleading INFJ's are. Most people assume I am an extrovert because I can be very sociable but I don't thrive on it the way true extroverts do. Once I put myself in a social situation with a lot of people, I get through it just fine, but afterwards I need alone time to recharge from feeling overstimulated. If you feel energized from socializing and you thrive on the energy derived from social situations then I'd say you're primarily an extrovert...IMO.

I don't know how you managed to get yourself muted in the 20minutes I was away....

but I chuckled at your comment anyway. Cheers.

I got Extravert(1)iNtuitive (62) Thinking (38) Perceiving (22). I'm only strongly intuitive and thinking, the Introvert/Extraverty or Perceiving/Judging are pretty interchangable. INTP describes me best.

INTJ. I used to be more of INTP, but now it is J. I am too judgmental.
