I wondered what a skrit was then.

Also, this isn't new. It was the first law she implemented on coming into office.

I suspect it'll be enforced like all other minor laws here, not very well.

This is old news and the media misinterpreted the law. That article was published in March 2013.

Oh god, this story again?  I thought this story was debunked when it first came up:

1.)  This law is old.  Not new.  Ms. Park just said they were going to reinforce it harder under her Presidency.

2.)  It isn't actually aimed at dealing with microskirts, but to deal with lovely ajosshi's peeing in public and doing other gross things.  Some celebrity made a comment about it how it can effect skirts and people just ran with it.

When will they ever pursue a law that requires them to confront dirty old pervs? Never I assume.

Making laws about skirt length and adding loud clicking noises to mobile phone cameras won't do any good if the old pervs will get away with anyway.
