Here's a nice phonics song with clear speech and a space for kids to repeat the letter sounds:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI7fhRpTXXg
This song comes with a great worksheet to practice the spelling and reinforce the sound of each letter. Free download here:

I'm hoping someone reads this and can help. I don't want to start a whole new thread but this might also be the wrong place.
My situation: I'm teaching a split 3/4 class which has 10 grade 3 and 5 grade 4 students. I was asked last year to teach phonics and I believe they still want me to do this.
However the reading levels in my class are pretty drastically different. Most of the grade 3 are at below a pre-primer level (according to the San Diego quick assessment) and at least 3 of the grade 4 are at a grade 2 level (I haven't finished the assessment) So this leaves me in a pickle because I need to teach to the majority but that is going to leave my grade 4 students seriously bored.
Any suggestions? I'm really bad at dealing with split level classes.

Here's a phonics board game I use with my students.
The game is really simple to play. There are two sets of cards: question cards and superhero cards. Use an infinity board (circular board, I've attached the one I use) and mark a few squares as "special." Students roll the dice and move the piece. If they land on a regular, blank space they take one of the phonics cards and answer the prompt. If they land on a special space they take a superhero card. 3 superhero cards means they are the winner. I also like to add a few "put a card back" spots where students have to return one of their superhero cards, just to make them answer more questions.
I have three sets of cards based on levels.
Beginner - CVC words, letter sounds, just very simple
Intermediate - CVC, CVCe, letter sounds, SH/CH, silent e, etc.
Advanced - CVC, CVCe, TH/SH/CH/EE/OO/etc
The cards have Korean written on them, so if you're not certain what they say I've translated below.
Alphabet (ABC..) 말하기 - say the alphabet
철자하기 - spell
읽기 - read
이 글자는 어떻게 소리 내지? - How do you say this sound?
__도 시작하는 단어를 생각해보자? - what's a word that starts with this/these letter(s)?
소문자 쓰기 - write the lower case letter
대문자 쓰기 - write the upper case letter
영어에서 다섯 개 모음은 무엇일까? - what are the 5 English vowels?
어떤 글자가 소리가 없일까? - what letter has no sound? (the answer is magic/silent e)
첫 글자가 무엇인가? - what is the first letter in this word?
마지막 글자가 무엇인가? - what is the last letter in this word?

Did this single syllable reading review boardgame with my third graders the other week. They've gone through the short vowel and hard consonant sounds (roughly in Jolly Phonics order) plus the h-digraphs 'sh' and 'ch'. For dice, we used modified D3s (wrote '1', '1', '2', '2', '3' and 'too bad' on wooden cubes). I found having two similar words on each square made a huge difference in engagement. The other students in the group would often help struggling students with the first word, then they'd quickly figure out the second by themselves. Might be of use to someone.

Just thought I'd post some great websites that have a lot of free materials and lessons for alphabet/phonics:
themeasuredmom.com
and
thisreadingmama.com
have worked in tandem to make a really good (free) reading curriculum. Both websites are especially great if you're keen on making reusable materials, as many of them are colorful, hands-on activities (with young learners in mind) and won't require your students to write a whole lot. There's also some alphabet and other beginner phonics games and lessons.
Other old stand-bys include
kizclub.com
(which has some alphabet/phonic things),
starfall.com
, and
funfonix.com
.

I taught a 4 day phonics class for low level grade 4's.
My aim was to teach the students to read using the phonetic sounds of the letters.
Before class started I made them complete a series of worksheets.
I made a collection of 'camp' words and we only focus on those words for the 4 days.
-Worksheet 1
Camp words
Day 1:
- Phonetic alphabet
- Guess the first letter (students look at the picture and guess the first letter)
- 3 letter cut out (students cut out the puzzle and put the word together)
- Phonics dominoes.
Day 2:
- Guess the last letter
- 4 letter cutout
- Memory game (students try match the pictures behind the box, they read the word in the box to select it)
-Circle the alphabet (printed picture of the alphabet, teacher makes the phonetic sound and students circle the letter)
Day 3:
- spell the word
- Teach the magic E rule
- worksheet (Teacher reads on word in the row, students listen and decide of the word is magic e or not)
- Spelling and throwing (teacher chooses a word, students throw a ball at letters on the board to earn points. some letters are 3 points, some 2, some 1)
Day 4:
-teach double vowel and double consonant sounds
-Guess which picture (students read the word and guess picture 1/2 or 3)
-Comprehension (students read the small paragraph and read the questions and answer)
-Worksheet2

I stole this from someone on waygook, but now I cannot find who it was. Kudos to them anyway, my kids enjoy it.

I teach a phonics after school class to my low-level students as well as during the summer/winter vacations and had a fairly successful one recently. Thought I would share what I used.
We usually open with this phonics song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saF3-f0XWAY&index=2&list=PLhvwINrFN62HVxaGeOYLzBZaQcDnhFsGr
I base my lessons on Jolly English Phonics (
http://jollylearning.co.uk/overview-about-jolly-phonics/
) so I give them in that order.
We opened with a PPT on the day's sounds (usually about 6 sounds per lesson). Then I would give a quiz and sometimes a game afterwards. I'd show the word and the students had to write the missing letters on a white board and hold it up for points. If we had extra time after the lesson, we would just play with some ABC Go Fish cards I have or another board game.
I had a BIG REVIEW QUIZ halfway through on the first 4 lessons. Then another one on the last 3.
The Maple Story and Scavenger hunt games review ALL the sounds.
For the scavenger hunt:
Each team had a space on the board with one of each picture (there are a ton of pictures so you could break it up into separate scavenger hunts). I printed the missing letters (sounds) in different colors for each team. The teams were only allowed to touch the paper strips with their color. I hid the letters around the room so students had to hunt for the letters then match them to the picture (I wrote the word under the picture with the phonics sound missing - for example: __icken to match with "ch").
I put the Maple Story review in a google drive folder since it's too big:
