This is my lesson for:

Middle School (Choi) - Grade 01 -  Unit 2 - "Do You Like Your School?"

Theme: Travel / Time

Part 1
Procedure:
- Elicit target vocabulary: car, bus, bike, subway, on foot
- Drill target language: "Q: How do you come to school?" "A: I usually come to school by _______"
- Elicit from the students how long it takes them to get school
- Drill target language: "Q: How long does it take?"  "A: It takes about ________"

Grade_01_Lesson_03_Activity_01.doc
- Do Guessing Game activity as a class.  When students understand it, have them do it in pairs.

Part 2
Procedure:
- Review telling time.
- Drill target language: "Q: What time do you ________" "A: I _______ at ___________"

- Students interview each other about daily schedule.

oooh i like the idea of using the "Guess Who?" setup to practice other dialogues. i'm going to play around with this one--thanks for the idea!

glad to find some other people using the same textbook as me...just to make sure, lesson 3 is "we're family" right?
