paying landlord a fee
« on: April 29, 2013, 08:12:53 am »
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has ever had to pay there landlord a fee? I work for a public school, and my apartment is payed by them, but the landlord wants 30,000 won per month. It seems to be like a condo fee. Is this normal? Has anyone ever experienced this?

Thanks.

Totally normal. It is an apartment management/cleaning fee.

30,000 is a good price. Often it can be quite a bit more than this.

It counts as a bill and you are responsible for paying it, not your school.

Thanks! I feel a lot better about paying it. I just wanted to make sure I was not getting scamed in some way.
