How can I obtain a letter of release from EPIK?
« on: April 20, 2013, 12:56:04 am »
I need serious advice and information.  Here is the story- I have an E-2 visa through EPIK.  However, I never signed a final contract or was given an assignment (long story do not care to elaborate).  However, who can I can I contact (name, address, phone number, or e-mail) will be helpful.  I figure since I never signed a final contract and never worked for them then a letter of release should be no big deal.  However, the pestimistic side of me says wait until I have to jump every hoop.  By the way I am not longer in Korea and would like to go back.  If you can offer me legitimate and helpful advice without any sarcasm or being judgemental please give it to me.  Your help will be most appreciated.

To get an E2 Visa / ARC Card they will have need to seen a contract and some other documents, so you must have signed a contract. EPIK as NYC Gal said have a policy for not giving LORs.
