Do you have to submit a new CBC and apostilled degree if you leave Korea for longer than three months?

I have heard - YES!

Even for people that have had a D-10.

Also if you are gone for more then 3 months.  That is more then enough time to get a new one.   Possibly even quicker if you go back to your home country.
Please consider adding some info to your "Personal Text"  Like type of school, visa status, county of origin.  These little bits of info can help people help you.

What about leaving Korea for a month. Would you still need to submit a new CBC?
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

as long as you are doing a visa transfer and not applying for a new E2 then no.

Or an D-10.

In general people are supposed to not have to submit a new CRC for an application if they come back before 90 days.   But it never works that way.   So new application/new visa means new CRC.  Do not let the visa lapse.
