Basically, as the subject suggests, I got rejected after the interview last November.

Can I apply again for the coming September position?

I suspected the reason why I got rejected though, was because I didn't explain well enough why I didn't get a teaching license at the end. I waffled through it a bit and might have left the interviewer an impression that I was trying to cheat over it..

The interview would have otherwise been successful as I felt I could relate to the interviewer and he made several positive comments over my answers to his questions.

Please help.
