World English Service, still recruiting or not?
« on: February 22, 2011, 02:26:53 am »
Hey folks,
I worked in Changwon for a year and came home to deal with some family stuff.  When I initially came to Korea, I applied through World English Service.  I'm trying to come back and I've sent them several e-mails with no response.  Does anyone know if they're still placing people (i.e. have any new arrivals used WES)?  If not, does anyone know of a good recruiter for the Changwon area?

Hi, try Korvia Consultants. They are good agents. Just Google them and send them a mail. I am sure they will help you.

Hi no they're not.  I went through them (arrived in Nov) and tried to get a friend out here using them but she was told they're not recruiting for 2011.  Here's the guys email address featonby@xtra.co.nz - his name is Chris.  Hope it helps

Try Mary & James ( marynjames07@gmail.com  )  Mary is amazing and her English is really good.  I know quite a few people who used their service.  She really goes out of her way.  She met up with my friend before her interview and showed her around the new town etc.  Also did a wonderful job organizing her Japan visa run for her.  Really an amazing woman!!
