Question for my guitar brethren
« on: January 09, 2013, 10:16:18 pm »
Yo

I've decided to spoil myself by finally buying a really nice high-end strat. I visited
Nakwon music Plaza in Seoul a little while ago, they've got lots of cheap guitars and only a couple of high-end stores. I visited one of the higher end stores (Kukje Midi) on the
top floor and they've got some really nice strats. I played the USA standard and liked
it, but I wanted to try out the Deluxe too before making a decision (Since it's got the S1 switching system making the guitar more versatile, and more bang for your buck).
They told me that they keep the Deluxe models at the warehouse and they don't take them out the box unless you buy it.

I thought this was pretty stupid, I'm sure the guitar is awesome and I'll probably buy it, but I'm not blowing a butload of cash on a guitar without playing it first.

So, does anyone know of any higher end guitar stores that should have USA deluxe strats? Musicforce.co.kr is one of them, but they don't really have the strat I'm looking for aside from Custom Shops which are a little bit too ambitious for my wallet.

Thanks folks

Many alot MWEB

It's definitely off to a good start. It was late and my mind wasn't really functioning, so I didn't check the fender website when I posted this thread. Any other recommendations, folks?

Hey! Not sure if you have bought your new Fender yet but I can definitely recommend this website. I'm tempted to get a Tele from them! They have some good sale stuff.

Hope it helps
