You become accustomed to tax-included pricing, and when paying for anything during visits to your home country (if you're from Canada, like I am) hate having to calculate how much something will cost after tax because it isn't included in the original tag price. (I've never been fond of it, but I really loathe it now that I've gotten so used to the alternative.)
