Amazing!

I would like to point out though that it doesn't specify portion size for most of the meals. *Edit* Apparently, I can't read! The portions are there, just in grams! Based on the caloric and carb amounts, I'm guessing these are for LARGE portions...or at least larger than I would eat. I can't imagine eating an entire 400g of chicken in my Sam Gye Tang alongside the rice or even 210g of rice at a meal with any sort of jjigae. But, each to his own.

As a fellow diabetic I am extremely grateful to the original author and his girlfriend!
