The paper is watermarked as well -- so the one you're making should probably have one also...

Are you in country then? Because aside from the drive to my state capital (6 hours away at the time) it only cost me less than $20 to get my stuff apostille'd -- the notarization was more expensive than the apostille actually. Of course this was in the States though.

Pay no attention the above jokers.

It says -
"DIS PERSON DON'T HAVE CRIMINAL RECORD" in 26-point red crayon (crayons are wax-based and will not wash off with the watermark).
The Ks once gave me five minutes notice. I didn't know what to do with the extra time.
