Selling used books to What The Book
« on: May 30, 2012, 01:53:52 pm »
Has anyone done this? Was it worth it? I'd like some information on the topic. Thanks.

It is okay.  Do not expect much money.  Still it is a better rate then the other used book store in Itaewon.  You can do straight cash, not very much maybe 10 percent of cover value.  You can do a trade in for used books maybe 20 percent.  I am just guessing here.  If you do not want to buy/trade right away they will give you a slip with how much you have to trade with.

Also they can be a little picky.  Too beat up likely refused.  Hard cover book might be skipped over.  That copy of Lonely Planet:Korea not taken they already have a extra 100 or so.

Also consider giving a call...
