Life in Koray Limricks
« on: May 03, 2012, 06:25:00 am »
This little gem popped in my head over morning coffee:

Twas an ajuma riding the train,
Who elbowed my ribs with disdain,
Then stepped on my feet,
As if to repeat.
Now I'm in twice as much pain.

Lazy Thursday_ good day for blowing up my own post:

Outside my window, dark-thirty PM,
A cacophonous rattling of phlegm!
Not even in dreams had I dreamt
A sound so wretched, unkempt
Would jar me upright out of REM.

Epitaph for dear Mr. Kim_
True kim chee did keep him slim.
But the copious smoking
And stark lack of joking
Sucked all the life right out of him.

Couples in matching attire,
Sharing headsets adjoined at the wire,
As they amble entwined,
Hindering all those behind,
Can't help wanting to set them on fire.
