Korean in Foreign Land Bans Locals from Their Establishment

I wanted to add this article to the thread about the Korean sauna that barred the white Korean national from their establishment, but I couldn't find the thread.

This is an old article that I read when I first moved to The Philippines back in 2005. Basically, some Korean owners of a souvenir shop barred local Filipinos from entering, but the owners happened to stop the mayor's wife from entering the establishment twice. The former mayor, now congressman, has had it for Koreans ever since. I'd like to note that I like Korea, the food, learned to speak Korean and have a Korean girlfriend, but I'm not sure what goes through the head of some Korean businessmen.
