From my bro's band? Nah, he died a couple years ago from the same fate as Chrissy Amphlett. The last 10 years or so of his life was a slow deterioration, where he could longer walk, let alone play guitar.

I kind of feel bad posting at the moment. I didn't know Adel's brother, and I'm really sorry about what happened.

I was semi-in-love with a girl a couple of years older than me back when I was seventeen...wow,  frizzy blonde hair down to her arse. Body to boot! She was kind of interested in me, rough bastard covered in tattoos and all.

Anyway, I invited her around to my folks house one Thursday night to listen to a new record I'd just bought...'Seals and Crofts, Summer Breeze".

We sat out on the balcony. She didn't drink, but I'd had a few, and was trying to convince her that I hadn't been down at the pub.

Anyway , I put record on, and she's listening to it. Then she says...'not bad for a couple of Buddhists...better if they were Christian.

What can you say? I never phoned her again, but did run into her many years later. She was married to a missionary.

I only became aware of Jordan Peterson a year and a half ago (give or take).  He's brilliant, in my opinion, and his take on Trudeau (definitely not Fidel Castro's son) on this podcast was quite informative.
