Basically i've made it to here and clicked on the "Internet banking" icon on the left. But it's all in Korean from there...

I have all the codes and numbers I need to plug in, I just dont know what to do from this point. Has anyone been through the same thing that can help me out?

Thank you in advanced :)

Have you gone in person to the bank already? It's kind of odd to me, but the first step (at least in my case) was going in person to the bank and applying for online banking. From there...there's a bit of a process but it's not too complicated. Does require a fair amount of Korean up front though so bring a local if your bankers don't do English well. But yeah, first go to Nonghyup and apply.

You sure that's the right site? The site I use is http://banking.nonghyup.com/  its in Kor but in the top left is login.. once you're logged it you can switch it to English.. Do you have to install the security login addon but I'm pretty sure IE does it automatically once you try and log in.

Does anyone know about money transfers that are not "online"? If I were to go into a branch of Nonghyup will they allow me to send money home from my bank account? What bank detail in my home country would be required?

Yes, you can transfer money by going into a NongHyup.  I used to do that before I opened my KEB account (which, btw, is much easier and you can use ATMs to transfer home with KEB).  You just need your routing and account numbers and bring your passport.  It takes a little bit of time to get it set up, about 10-20 minutes, but once its all set it gets much faster.
