The TALK scheme.
Not sure how easy it is to get on it, nor do I have much information about it, but applicants are hired and paid to teach for six months in Korea as a cultural experience. A lot of public schools, especially Elementary schools, have a TALK scholar.

You only need 2 years of college or Associates degree. Go to the EPIK website, they have more about it.

I would say you don't "need" a degree to teach any students in Korea up to University post grad level. Trouble is the immigration dept think otherwise.
