is anyone else having issues with this concept of having a "co-teaching" session...?
apparently our korean counter parts, whether the "real teacher" or the "ECS" is supposed to come in during our lessons and have a "co-teaching" session...

but i only see the "real teacher" for business related stuff.. and the "ECS" is the only one to come in during my classes... but she's also got classes of her own... i sorta feel bad that she has to come in on my lessons AND teach her lessons...
has anyone had the similar situations and, if so, any suggested solutions??? thnx

I think you are the first person to notice this.
