LI used to rail at people, i.e., me, posting long excerpts instead of just providing the gist. I guess if it's from brietbart and the like it's OK.

It’ll be interesting to see how future cases are argued in court.

Once legal precedence has been set for something, it tends to continue on and on until the Supreme Court has a say in it.

I know for certain if I’m ever charged with illegal gun possession or failure to pay my taxes my legal defense will damn sure be presenting Hunter Biden’s case material.

If he can get offered a get out of jail free card I sure want one too.

Then again I’m no Senators son.

T.C.

Changes in H Biden's case were made because they realized the original plea wouldn't protect him from further prosecution. The fear was that if somehow trump got elected, he would come after Hunter for revenge. The prosecution and defense are working on a new plea to deal with that,

Hunter was just exercising his right to bear arms. Time to let everyone out with an illegal firearm charge. Thanks for your feedback!

Tax evasion I can see, but wouldn't most hunters know the gun laws? This sounds like a major oversight on the part of the hunter :undecided:

He could have been hunting bare and so didn't have his license with him.

Hey there Bid Deal!

In regards to you question....don't throw stones in a glass house.  You read it, did you not?

Trust me, I'm not here to try and change your mind or your bitter persona.  That is on  you, for whatever reason(s).

You may now go back to reading your leather-bound books, big deal.  You win!
LOL. Didn't read it, didn't respond to it (the above-above-above post). "trust me"--you sound like a (used) car salesman. Bid deal or big deal--that's kind of reminiscent of Spicoli in Fast Times. "Make up your mind, dude."

When the DOJ admitted the plea bargain granting hunter blanket immunity from further charges was unprecedented.

They actually meant it was….. presidented….

Being asked to do your job is not a crime, as far as I know.

Unless your father is VP and you’re leveraging his name to get tons of money from foreign agents?

Archer's testimony demonstrated that there was no corruption. Bobulinski basically said Hunter was using Joe's name and that he had one meeting with Joe in which they discussed Hunter's involvement. The rest is just stuff Hunter told him to get a big payday.

"Joe Biden’s financial documents show no indication of any income related to the venture."

Bibulinsky said Joe is the big guy…

Furthermore Hunter himself in a text message to Naomi Biden said unlike pop I won’t make you give me half your salary…

Hasn’t Hunter at one point also paid like $50,000 a month to his father in rent?

That's not what he said.

How much was Fox paying Bibulinsky?

Being a good son appears to now be a crime to the "family values" party.

He said exactly that, and it’s easily cited.

LOL. He was describing him, not his function in the company in which he was not involved.
