Most of my middle school boys are away on holiday, so too my younger kids. All my kids are enjoying a bit of downtime atm...a few games, puzzles...it must be great being one of my kids. My other kids always love the way I look after my kids.

Yeah. I can't wait to meet my new kids in September. I'm going to be losing some kids which sucks but it is what it is. What do you think is the ideal number of kids you can have? One only colleagues quit so I'm not sure how many I will have. Sometimes at the start of class I like to ask "Are ya ready kids?" like the captain on Spongebob. My kids love it.

While it is the business of nobody here, you put it out.

Why do you hate Christians?  Is it the Christian doctrine itself?  If so, is it Catholic or Protestant pillars that you hate?  If you hate Christians, do you hate other religions of faith?  You don't need to state your reason(s) here, so send me a PM if you wish.  But, I am curious.

And yes...that song/video is awful.  I"m not sure if it is a Christian making fun of others who hate Christians or simply taking a cheap jab Christians themselves.  I will say this, a problem with many Christians is that they do not stand up for themselves enough.  Granted, there is a difference between hating the Christian faith/philosophy and the person and many get that confused, or willingly disregard the difference.  I don't care for the Islam much but I don't hate Muslims.  I think Hinduism is a tad ridiculous but I don't hate Hindus.  I don't care for Buddhist monks going around on the streets in Cambodia and Thailand, pandering to and willingly taking money from poor people but I don't hate those people.

Mormons on the other hand...well, I don't hate them either.  But, I enjoy a good a laugh at their expense once in a while.  But it is with a grain of salt.

If all of the religions came to light as being not true in any shape or form, I think there would be a collective sigh of relief.  The thought of demands under threat, lacking logic, certainly rubs many folks the wrong way.  Either one is true, or none of them are.  Pick your drink.

But....I also think about about a bumper sticker I saw once...."Atheism:  Nothing there".  I find as much truth in that as I do the fallacies of faith.

Anyway...I'm a Christian (struggling).  But that does not mean I blindly accept matters related to it which I do not understand.  However, this does not suggest I always turn the other cheek, nor should Christians have to either.

No, I don't hate all Christians. The ones that keep their traps shut and don't
try and push their warped values on other people or get involved in politics
are okay.

I don't hate Jews. In fact I don't understand antisemitism at all. They have
great food.

As for Muslims. Well, that's a mixed bag. Some are okay, but the Afghanis
and Iranians need to stop reproducing. I think the world should open up
unconditional immigration to Afghan women. Then those disgusting Taliban
will die out completely in a generation.

I don't like American Christian Nationalists at all. America was built by white
Christians??? WTF. The only true Americans are first nations peoples. All the rest
are European immigrants that exported their messed up religions to NA.

In Korea, the worst are the Pentecostal megachurches. These are the freaks you
see hysterically screaming at LGBTQ+ parades. But, thank the lord, these miscreants
are hideously old and will all die out soon.

I consider my students to be children of my own. I love them as if they were my own offspring, and care about them because I love them. If you're such a Debbie Downer that it bothers you, maybe you shouldn't be a teacher, you Negative Nancy! If your students don't remember you after they leave, maybe you should respect and cherish them more, you killjoy. Gah. What a wet blanket. I have a question for you, Mr. Killjoy? Are you really Lichtenstein? As in, the country of Lichtenstein? No? Then get off my back! They're my kids! Why are you named after a country, anyway? You think this is the UN?

I call myself Lichtenstein because it was one of my most memorable and favourite field trips as a child in Primary School.

Glad to hear it. Did your teacher enjoy taking his/her kids there too?

I don't know what that means.
