It's not really a ZeroHedge story, it is Hersh's.

I believe it is true. I also believe it is probably necessary to get things done over there (or anywhere during war). That skimmed money is needed to be used to make payments to get things done. It also is needed to keep questionable but still useful people in line.

Zerohedge is for uneducated Trumpers who believe in QANON
and need people to help them turn on their computers.

Hersh is usually on the money, but it's interesting that his piece on Biden ordering the Nord Stream explosion has been picked up by so few websites. Maybe because he had only one source, which appears to be the case here.

Also noteworthy is that his work is now all on Substack.

Isn't Substack notorious for their very hands-off censoring policy, and in giving a platform to virtually anyone, no matter how crazy their conspiracy theories?

Or, you know, it could be because our government basically lied about it to the people (for the umpteenth million time relating to foreign policy). I mean, pretty much everyone under hushed voices acknowledges it wasn't Russia. The only people who actually think so are completely programmed gullible saps. Usually their explanation is "Russua is evil and Putin is insane." The kind of people who will believe any negative story about someone because they dislike them, no matter how implausible.
