This is when your After school program is looking to get new contracts. They schedule lots of potential companies to do short demon lessons. Then decide on  who will teach the students . Based on a five minute demo lesson

It's actually quite degrading. Particularly if you run into the EPIK teacher. Some companies use it as an interview. If you pass 3 bidding war  demo lessons they hire you full time

I'm not sure.  The claptrap er, ah, educational trend these days in Korea seems to be more "student-centered learning".  This guy is definitely not that.

.
Obviously yes. But so are most Principals. Then again Isiaac is a little over the hill. I am pretty sure they have found his replacement. For TV English Teacher centered edutainment is preffered as it's audience is not up on the latest trends.

I hope you're not doing all that for low pay.

This and other Facebook groups are good for jobs.

There are lots of bottom feeders, but there are also many paying upper 2's and low 3's.  Some that say negotiable ask for 2.8 or more.  There is supposedly a shortage of English teachers lately.
Happy Teachers Day to New Orleans.

These jobs are mostly for people on F visa who drive cars. The hours are low and the salary is competative. Unfortunatly it may involve lots of travelling time and it's only worth it is you are doing privates
