Except, if you know NEIS, there are plenty of other ways you can sign out that don't use up your vacation days. I'm using a pretty um, ethically-flexible example, but there are a lot of other reasons why knowing NEIS is to your advantage.For example (in addition to the ones I've mentioned previously) never having to worry about your multi-school bonus not being counted.
