where are you from?, what experience do you have?, what type of school are you looking for?, what are your salary expectations?, where do you want to live (only Seoul?  elsewhere in the country)?

You can send me your resume to bluemiles514@hotmail.com if you're interested in applying for a well-organized and transparent private academy institute. Also, you don't have to worry about the paperwork for your E2 transfer because I can help you with everything for it.

Craigslist. Tell the recruiter 2.1 would be an honor. Also mention that you prefer a Hagwon that insists you wear a suit and tie and makes you teach P.E. daily.

Another good sign that your hagwan takes you seriously as a teacher is if they make you wear a costume on Halloween.  I was once walking in my city on my lunch hour and down a pedestrian path came some teachers carrying a banner advertising their English hagwan.  I could tell by the way Spider Man carried himself that this was a teacher that was proud of his workplace.

Haha...sounds like the kind of place that would encourage you to wear the outfit while teaching, everyday.
