What is your dream Christmas Present?
« on: December 22, 2022, 02:57:51 pm »
Let's define this as ONE physical thing that costs between 1USD and 2000 USD.

I'd say a glycol-chilled stainless steel fermenter.

That's not a physical thing. You're outside the TOS.

I reckon SPQR could make it a "physical thing"  8) 8)

However, too many dispensary visits could mean trouble

Yeah, I was going to say send me the ticket and a gift certificate.

I know it is illegal for Koreans to do any kind of drugs in any country.
If found out they can be arrested and charged for criminal usage in
Korea. I wonder if this applies to foreigners?

I doubt it. Not many of us are citizens. Someone might be in trouble if they did a blood test as part of an E2 medical, and THC popped up, but you'd be just fine.

The SMOE contract specifies that you can be requested to do a physical exam at any time your school requests it.  Maybe EPIK too?

Man on msg board who claims to be a millionaire property owner has to dream about having $2k for a 1-week getaway.

But hey, don't feel glum, maybe the wife will let you have an extra two units of booze this week to celebrate the season. Maybe drop an extra ₩15,000 on your monthly allowance debit card. You can go to the Grand Ol' Opry and try to sneak an extra Budweiser past her careful eye.

Happy holidays!

Peace on earth and good will toward all men.

Merry Christmas!
Help others, especially animals. Say what you think, being considerate of others. Appreciate more than deprecate. Teach well and jump on teachable moments. Enjoy Korea as it is, without changing it. I own the school, so I'll refrain from ordering myself to get tested.

My sadistic friend on Ko Samui keeps sending me pics of where he lives. This
is his local Tesco.

Merry Christmas!

Gosh, you're right.  We had all gotten so excited about what we would do with the grand sum of 2000 USD that we plum forgot the real meaning of Christmas.  Thanks Van, for reminding us and for those simple, yet impactful words.
