What is the average rent on a 1+1 bedroom apartment within walking distance of the school?

If a livable one room costs you 1,000,000 a month, you'd only be making 1.8 million won, working in one of the most affluent areas of the country.

You want me to pay my own rent in Gangnam?  Better pay me 5 million won a month or screw off.
