this one, i can personally speak to...
this job is nowhere near downtown. the whole city is 5 mins to the beach by car though, not that you want to swim at that particular beach since theres a giant steel mill across from it.  The housing is a small one room with no parking and a 15 min walk up a giant hill to the school.  bring a change of clothes in the warmer months. This job is best suited to a POLYamorous person. The teachers frequently play group games of monoPOLY in their spare time while wearing their light POLYester shirts. If you feel like this is a good job for you, you should probPOLY ask for 2.9-3.2 million won, as the work load is exhausting.
