I would like to make another pie with a more flaky crust, but with ingredients readilyavailable in Korea.
If we ever went back, which won't happen, this is what I'd do. Open a samgyeopsal restaurant. Are there many, or any, around? The last time I was back in NZ, I counted about 4 Korean restaurants in Christchurch, none doing this...all were kimbap and bits and pieces.
