Question for Aristocrat, when everyone used to litter back home before what, the early 1980s, was that Western culture or not?
I'm going to be "that guy" for very likely the first time ever. I have not come across this (or haven't noticed it to any great degree) in my 15 years there. I mean, sure...I've told a few students to close the door, but no more than I would have to back home. I really hope this isn't a Korea thing that's going to drive me nuts. I have too much of that in my life already.
