It appears Jeonbuk Bank will partner with them and allow real name deposits.  I am not sure if you can still use your regular bank account or if you have go through their bank. 

The site says it will be back after 2 pm for KRW deposits.  I still use FTX overseas, but a Korean option may be convenient again.

Where?  Gopax?  I think that was always foreign friendly.  I used it before until last fall  when they were no longer allowed to use KRW bank accounts.  I guess I will find out for sure later.  Guess I will have to swear and call them racist poop heads if they are ignorant like the other sites (Korbit and the like).  Maybe call them and yell at them too.  Hope they choose not to be racist puke bags.  They were always good before.

No, the other sites blocked foreigners before while GOPAX allowed.  There was some extra paperwork involved but they still could have kept us instead of copping out and kicking us to the curb.  But it is true that both the government and the companies together behaved pretty ignorantly.  Then GOPAX had to switch to this BTC market crap last September.

Defending Korean racism is pretty inexcusable.  It doesn't matter how long you live here, you are never accepted or treated equally on par.  Legal residents in Canada and the US have the same rights as everyone else yet they don't here.  Discrimination is legal and allowed.

Americans and Canadians extend their constitutional rights to everyone not just citizens.  Get a brain.  Legal residents can do everything except vote in those countries.  But maybe Korea would be further along if there weren't so many loser apologists making excuses for it.

There are jobs in Canada that require a certain level of security clearance that permanent residents don't -- can't -- qualify for.
Permanent residents also can't run for any kind of political office in Canada.

Both of those are pretty reasonable restrictions imho, and other than that they pretty much have the same rights as regular citizens.

Korean legal residents in Canada and the US can do the same things as citizens when it comes to banking, financial services, and most other things.  You can't talk your apologist legal ass out of it.  I am here legally and don't have the same access to these services.  It is racist and discriminatory.  I have the right to call out racism anywhere I see it.  Some waygooks are weak cucks who don't stick up for themselves or push back.  Whether it gets results or not, I make my feelings known.  Some foreigners bitch to me about things, but never actually speak up for themselves when in the situation.  It's part of the reason why life for us is so hard here.  There are too many pussies.
