Summer Breeze

This song has not too difficult words and a positive message. It's a celebration of summer.

Blowin' through the <princess from Aladdin> in my mind?  Really, what's that?

Just kidding.  It's a beautiful song, but it is an extended metaphor, perhaps mainly appropriate for high school students.

They also did a version of it called "Summer Girl", which has been banned pretty much everywhere.

Too scary for kids. I listened to all the covers. The best is Johnny Mathis in my opinion. Clear slow enunciation.

Well, I mean, it's *my* favourite version. It's not something I would play for my elementary students. It's probably not great for school in general.

...unless you're trying to convert your kiddos into goths.
