Demand an apartment to renew. Are you through epik?? Are these private schools?

This sounds like one (or two) of those government funded foreign language or global schools. This is the only situation in which you will not have been breaking any visa laws during your tenure there.

If your schools are entirely private and you’ve been teaching at both without properly notifying immigration, you could be in a world of legal trouble if immi ever finds out.

What does your contract say about who your “employer” and visa sponsor is? That is the entity that will be responsible for all your payment queries.

I think the renewal is split between the schools with the transfer. I believe you get 700k as a renewal bonus and 1.3 mil for contract completion. I think it ends up being split 50/50 but don't remember the exact split.
I would also request staying in your current apartment. Them moving you to a dorm is likely them just trying to cut corners with money, and it'd feel like you have no privacy while you are in your area, and the dorm room would likely be tiny.

A dorm?  You accepted a dorm?  Is it an apartment on campus or something?  The EPIK contract never said anything about a dorm.  You should read the contract to them and demand an apartment or villa.  If it's some special private or international school that's different.
Happy Teachers Day to New Orleans.

They never accepted it, they got told they might be moved to a dorm.

No, he is already in a dorm and will have to move dorms.  He accepted it.  If he accepts it and maybe they pay him more money or some of the housing allowance and he is okay with it, then good for him.  If he doesn't want to live on a dorm, tell them no.

How likely is it that I will have to move dorms?  (My co-teacher at the girl's middle school, mentioned that I may have to, but I feel like that's unlikely since I'm just changing one school over.)

In the OPs original message "May have to" which means not yet.

No original message says he lives in boys dorm.

"May have to" is Korean for "will".  (Unless the op pushes back hard.)
