That a jacked powerlifter could have used steroids is not an extraordinary claim, seeing as how a very large number do.

Also, as a mod wrote in another thread, extreme physical exertion stresses the heart, increasing the odds of death. So does steroid use. So does mRNA vaccination for some young people.

I guess we'll have to wait for the coroners reports before we can rule out a Serbian assassin or a peanut allergy then.
I personally think the Serbian assassin is the more likely of the two: maybe Serbia is more angry about Australia not allowing Novak Djokovic in due to his lack of vaccines, and retaliated by murdering  James Kondilios who, after all, represents Australia.

By hey, it's not like some insignificant serbian assassination attempt has ever caused any trouble in the past, so I'm sure that this'll all turn out well.

If James were of Croatian rather than Greek heritage, it would've been more plausible for mine.  :blank:

If James were of Croatian rather than Greek heritage
it's not extraordinary to claim james' family changed their last name after immigrating and, in fact, IS of croation rather than greek heritage

Well, I guess we can't rule that out completely either.

Conspiracy layered on conspiracy!
Certainly strange that there was such a huge wave of Greek immigration directly following the violent dissolution of Yugoslavia...

This all sucks.

I'm time traveling from 2018.
Life's to live! Live! Breathe. Relax. Enjoy. Animals teach us to focus on family, friends and avoid danger. Get what you need and get along with others. That said, some rock the boat, but they know capsizin' it means they're sunk. Some sink, let's swim! The sea's big, great, but has undercurrents.

I think the point is, that, according the article above, a mask would improve things, irrespective of one's taste in men.

Koreans react against mask wearers on dating apps

https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2022/jan/17/magikkun-korean-buzzword-explains-why-dating-apps-are-restricting-pictures-with-masks
Reading the article it's amazing the extent to which the people writing it have to dance around things and sort of displays the lunacy of the leftist mindset.

Any Korean would have told you within two sentences what it's all about- Some people look less attractive once they take their mask off and they think people should show how they look without their mask.

Meanwhile the Guardian takes half the article to really get to the point, meanwhile they point to some study

Then the idea that you'd keep your mask on the whole time. What, in perpetuity? Then the suggestion that appearance doesn't matter, which is a lie people in the Anglo world keep trying to convince themselves of. Then the whole "COVID-denier" bit, which is completely irrelevant to South Korea.

Like, these people come across as lunatics who live in some sort of fantasy land. Everything is all about COVID and being vaxxed. Masks are some sort of identifier.

COVID has really done a number on some people. We might be reaching the point where we really do have to rip the band-aid off and return to normal because some people are clearly starting to lose it.

Yeah, but it's still revealing. Like there are lots of directions and ways they could discuss things in a fluff piece. This pretty much plays to type how a leftist who has gone a bit cuckoo over COVID would sound.

One might, I don't know, get to the point sooner. They might also acknowledge the reality of appearance mattering. They also would probably do things, like I dunno, talk about photo filters or lighting and angle tricks or other stuff people do to perk up their dating app picture. Not, you know, go off into lala land about vaccine passes and masks being an identifier of beliefs.

This would be like talking about "ChiMaek", taking half the page to get to the point that a lot of times people in Korea go out after work or for Round 3 and eat some fried chicken and drink beer. Pointing out some study about human tastebuds and how fried food and beer show some sort of correlation (no shit, Sherlock) and then finally wrapping things off by veering off onto some tangent about the Donald Trump Chicken and that possibly this trend is linked to that, while discussing how drinking beer with the chicken and not wine is some sort of signal about your political beliefs and how we should be sure to eat chicken and drink beer the right way that identifies us as conscientious progressives.

The thing is, you could legit see a bunch of moronic leftist journalists write just such an article.
