This might sound facetious and it might be slightly, but honestly, he's not far off the mark. Korea has declined in most of it's work conditions and environments in recent years. So, there are very few work environments. If you have your heart set on Korea, so be it. If you don't get a good offer, look into China. Much better pay and work contracts nowadays. The way Korea use to be.
