Linkin Park is definitely on my lifting playlist, though not the depressing songs.

Noise cancelling earbuds render whatever the gym is playing irrelevant and have the added bonus of visibly reminding people that you're there to train, not help them practice their English.

Anyways, outdoor cycling and mostly in on crowded areas so I don't need a mask.  Can't breath with those damn things on. 

Where in Korea are you cycling? The air that you're breathing may well be damaging your lungs, especially if your pedaling efforts are more consequential that your plans to move to China. 

Go find out where these groups get their funding and which other groups are funded at the same time.  If you aren't willing to do some digging and investigative reporting, I can't help you.  Also, the top ring leaders are paid to whip people up into an emotional frenzy.  Pit people against each other.  Divide and conquer.

If you go outside to do your workouts during a pandemic, you will be more likely to be healthy to develop whatever beliefs you have about the world, whether they are relevant and actionable or not.  Also, you can play music at as many bpm as you desire in your music. The only limit is how many beats per minute a song can possibly be.

Doing a lazy quick search, I could not find the answer to that question, but I found that SIDDHARTH NAGARAJAN holds the record for most drumbeats in a minute (2,109).  Quite impressive.

I would like to know what song has the most bpm.  I like uptempo music, but I imagine whatever song is the record holder sounds awful.
