Where did you get, "there is no debate whether or not Biden won the election".  The OP never said that.  The Houston Astros also won the world series.  Nobody is disputing that either.  It's the manner that's up for debate, not the victory, lol.  That was a strange way to try to skirt what he said, lmao.
Pick those nits all you want. Biden won the election, fair and square, and is President.

There's no debate, no matter how hard you laugh.

Well, if working for Jef Bezos doesn't float your boat::

"Among beleaguered restaurants, McDonald’s (MCD) recently became the latest to offer sweeteners to potential new hires. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, the Golden Arches is proposing benefits like child care and tuition assistance, in addition to higher hourly wages.

Another example is the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which is offering $1,000 hiring bonuses as part of their push to add 6,000 screeners by the end of September. The agency so far has hired about 4,000, a TSA spokeswoman said, as more travelers — some of them unruly — take to the skies again.

After spending over a year at home, people are starting to venture out again in large numbers, even in the face of rising worries about the Delta variant of COVID-19. However, rideshare giants Uber (UBER) and Lyft (LYFT) continue to struggle to bring drivers back on the road, causing longer wait times for customers and ride prices to increase."

After 7 years of teaching EFL in Korea, I have to say that you are right. Several of these Korean kids have proven to have closed minds because Korean nationalism blocks them from learning new things and maintain stereotypes. It is definately a problem with mostly Korean boys because of their warped father figures. This is why when a lot of Korean males go overseas, they are always rubbing people off in a negative way. Not all of them are like that, but typically for several Korean kids it's like that.

You want your money for nothing and your chicks for free?

Learn how to play electric guitar, chances are you'll go far.

I'm not saying that at all. I'm just saying, people should be paid a fair wage for their work, along with having benefits like paid sick days (as everyone gets sick), vacation time (everyone needs time off), and breaks every few hours. Amazon is well known for treating the entry level position workers absolutely terrible. If Amazon was in NZ, they'd have to provide the benefits mentioned by law - even to part time workers, however, in the US it seems they can get away with not doing that.

Amazon has an extremely toxic work culture in that they literally treat their workers like cogs in the machine. Its great that Bezos is (was) so focused on the customer, but all that efficiency comes at the cost of a healthy work environment.

People apply for, compete for, and stay at Amazon jobs. Why? Because the pay and conditions are better than they can get elsewhere. Being employed there is their choice. They’re not slaves. They can leave at any time. But they don’t.

That says more about how terrible working conditions are in the US compared to other developed countries.

And that is something to be disgusted and outraged by, not something to come off sounding smug and self-satisfied with.

I just know it is human nature to lie, complain, and exaggerate.

But I’ll read more about it when I have time.

Maybe those people have a point. I’ll keep an open mind.

Also, it appears to be human nature to hate those more successful than oneself. “CEOs bad!” “Corporations bad!” “America bad!” But it’s a bit more nuanced than that.

He is responding to 77 having written this (my emphasis): "the elites got their boy Biden in their (either illegally or legal is still up for debate). "

So at least some are still disputing whether Biden won the election fair and square.

Since I brought up amazon, mostly in jest re hk77's whining about low pay, I agree with the above criticisms regarding the company's work conditions. for example, one review criteria for management was having a high employee turnover rate. I know someone who works, or did since she was planning to quit with the economy picking up, at amazon. She described it as being in a prison since you were always being watched.

He's a troll, he thrives on this, ignore him.

English culture is absolutely obsessed with “reason” and argumentation, until of course someone checkmates them with superior reason. Then they say “troll,” or “CCP bot,” in order to not respond to the points made. This is intellectual cowardice, and a failure at one’s own game and values.

it's the lure of the hypothetical false analogy--it' got a very strong appeal.

Regarding SK's and the US"s success and lack of success against Covid-19, that's certainly due to the approaches each government took to combatting the pandemic rather than to hygiene.

But what if Lebron James decided to have a sex change so he could compete as a woman transgender athlete? Birds of a feather...

Well I admire the patience that some posters have for debunking those hypothetical false analogies that Marty is famous for. However, I'd suggest that posters such as Marty should have a moderation imposed warning system alerting readers to his deliberate misinformation.

Something like this.
