Show plane ticket to receive exit allowance?
« on: January 22, 2021, 02:52:43 pm »
I have a F visa.  I am finishing my  EPIK contract at the end of February.  I was told I need to submit a copy of my plane ticket before March 28th in order to receive my exit allowance of 1,300,000 won.  Is this right?  It doesn't say anything about showing a plane ticket in my contract.  I plan on just staying in Korea with my wife.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Different MOE/POEs have different eligibility requirements for the Exit Allowance. Some require that you show proof of leaving the country in order to receive it.

Talk to your local coordinator.

Buy a refundable ticket.

Thank you.  I am in Daegu.  How do I find out who my local coordinator is?
