Cheers for the moviesjoy link. I just had a peek but will have a better look tomorrow. Seems good!
I have there watched every episode of the Shark Tank, American Ninja Warrior, Survivor, Australian Survivor (one of the greatest tv reality shows ever), Big Brother, The Challenge, Masterchef and Masterchef Australia, The Amazing Race, The Amazing Race Canada, etc., on that site FOR YEARS! (IT'S easy to navigate past the pop ups). It's great to see people succeed. That's why we teach, eh?

The number of fictional, script-based tv shows i watch are limited (Reacher, Daredevil, True Detective).

Just had a better look around 'moviesjoy'. What stands out for me seeing the covers and not just TV show and movie names. For a visual person, it really helps. Also, as stated, easy to navigate.  I see a few of my current shows like 'Walker Independence', Alaska Daily, and 'East N.Y'. Also a few movies I hadn't heard of. I'll be using this site at times. A good addition for options.

'The English'...just great!
Set in 1890 in the west, it's the story about an English women's hunt for the person who killed her son. Through unusual circumstances, she meets a Pawnee man who has just finished his stint with the US army. I've only watched 2 episodes from season one, but I'll binge watch the rest tonight. If you love explosive violence with a bit of calm and thoughtful drama in between, this is for you.

Edit: Ok, just finished S01. I take back a little of what I said. It became more of a mellow storyline with a kind of strange turn. Still enjoyable though.

Heads up! Yellowstone season 5, episodes 1 and 2 are up.

Edit: Also, a new one called 'Tulsa King'. It looks like a Mafia story and stars Sylvester Stallone. I'll check it out
         tonight.

'1899' looks like a rippa! The story is about a migrant ship that comes across another migrant ship, adrift. An IMDB review  calls it a contender for 'best feel-bad show' of the year. A definite binge-watch over the weekend. It's a Netflix production, but I'm not sure if it's available in Korea.

“Andor”. If you liked “Rogue One”, this is the prequel series. No Jedis at all.

Just finished season 1 of '1899'. Started off in the same bleak style as 'The Terror' and 'The North Sea' but started getting weird after a few episodes. It all started to make sense though by the end, and the storyline for season 2 kicked in. I'm still not sure how I feel about this strange series but do want to watch season 2. Trying to avoid spoilers so sorry about the lack of detail. Check it out if haven't already, it is something a little different.

BTW, Season 16 of Criminal Minds is up. Been a few years since the last season... I actually thought that it was finished.

I looked at s01e01 of "Echo 3". Terrible. More like "Real Housewives"
instead of an action show.

I finished it last night as well. It certainly got better after the first few episodes, but I feel the same as you. It's intriguing yet I'm still not sure of it. I feel Dark was better (same creators).

I haven't watched 'The Dark' yet. I'll get on to it over the weekend.

I see Netflix has both 'Dark' and 'The Dark'. I enjoyed the former and haven't seen the latter so can't speak on it. You'll recognize Captain Eyk if you watch 'Dark'.

Started watching "Wednesday." It's okay. I wouldn't not recommend it.

I've been hearing a lot of good things about "1899" so I've added it to my list, but I probably won't get around to watching it until the end of the semester.

Also for "Narco-Saints".

All can be watched on Netflix.

Dark was pretty amazing. It got pretty convoluted (in a good way), but definitely kept our attention the entire way through!

We watched "Devs" directly after, and it had a very similar kind of atmosphere, I thought. I'd recommend giving it a watch!

I finally got my Netflix PW worked out. I wasn't putting the exclamation mark in. Been a few months now without it...don't I feel stupid in the extreme. I can hear the walls whispering and laughing at me. Even the passing cats are giggling.

Anyway, I watched the first 4 episodes of 'Dahmer' last night. I had to stop eating my dinner for a while during episode 1. Not a great show...a bit slow, a bit too graphic at times, but amazing terrifying to know that there are such sickos out there. Not sure if I'll finish it or not. Leaves me feeling a bit grubby.

Thanks Chinguetti! I've been thinking about 'Wednesday', but it didn't quite enthuse me. I won't bother!
